every once and then I find an event that you know will fall flat on its face.

Every now and then I stumble on an event that you can look and see that it's going to fall flat on it's but and yet when you offer a helping hand that same event bites your hand. 

I have come to the realization that as it's said " GOD GRANT ME THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CAN CHANGE THE TOLLARANCE FOR THOSE THINGS I CAN'T CHANGE AND THE UNDERSTANDING TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. "

That's what I have seen with this death of the Magic Valley Commy Com happening this weekend. 

First why wasn't I or at least our Ayre Crew to the event as Celebrity Panalists. Certainly a gig such as ours with our following should be invited. 

Nope. Shunned. But it redirects my brain into offside hammer down promo gear. If our home playing field has low or little if any knowledge of us might be why we have been slipping in ratings if not complete abandonment.  Time to get this gig into second gear. Just as Ben once said, some days you can't get it into 2nd gear even if you double clutch it.

Social media platforms have became increasingly difficult to navigate and corrupt. It does not matter which one its always the same forking thing.

Preach the word of the Confederacy your banned. Your content isn't yours. Once you decide to publish anything on either Facebook or X aka Twitter your ✋️ handing the keys to your ops to those same social media platforms. Best way to say adios is to give them all the AyreFinger Salute and not go back. 👏 

Who needs them anyway? Publicity? Bullsbreath.  If you can't publish your content your way even advertising on those platforms your at their mercy. Bullstuff. If the Knytes and or the WOLFPACK can't control it, what ever IT IS then they don't even deserve our patronage. All the pages, all our groups and certainly not our advertising dollars will not flow over those platforms.

Content Creation

The latest noise coming out of Radio World is Content Creation. 

The Knytes and/or WolfPack have never had that problem before but even we are finding that finding good and personal Content Creation is becoming a big headache.  Now I firmly believe that the grunt from big city punks who think they have a hold on the craft 🤔 is also fielding the Content Creation Blue's. Wasn't that long a if you found that getting anyone on the a Wasn't such a big task. 🤔  one would make a phone call or 2 to the Ron Bailey School of Broadcasting. Partly based on 4th south and 300 east in Salt Lake City Utah. Of course that was then I honed my Broadcasting skills and graduated from that 🏫.  Once again I was able to fish that talent pool 🎱 I got what and the who I needed. After that what is now The HazzardAyre Radio Network.  Back then it was 4 stations beginning with KTOW FM AND AM coming off the big house studio just out side of Hazzard aka Hagerman Idaho. Followed by KKOA AM and Knyt fm based out of Castleford Idaho KKOD FM based out of Springfield Idaho. And of course KDXT AM based out of Tooele Utah. IN 2014 during a long,long barley pop session it was found that KEVA AM 1240 was off the air. KEVA was Evanston Wyoming's true Radio 📻 station. Shyt was about to change. A few phone calls to various places and people and the Feds under the 1st year of Don Trump's presidency FCC chairperson KSOA AM and KDXC Fm was on its way to blooming. But as any farmer will tell you that anything growing needs the right kind of manure to germinate and bring forth a crop for harvest. 

Which brings me back to square 1. Content Creation.  What are we going to do about that? The saga continues on my next entry.
