Seeing the light

Over the past few weeks I have seen the decline of the status or quality of life for many here in western Idaho. Between greedy politicians to a declining infrastructure to just plain pigheads that can't see the forest for the trees I came to the conclusion cuncussion at around 23:00 hours previous date of what the hell am I doing in Glenns Ferry. The days of small town Idaho or desire of living in same purtty much went out the front door once a lady who runs a food store here who damn well knows my paychecks are good refused to cash one. Sezz that it costs her money, well chute I'll give her the damn $3.00 to cash the damn thing. Hong Kong Phooey. No McDonalds, no Maverick Store, not even a good cheap place to grab coffee anymore. Both grocery stores don't sell much of the good stuff any more, and one even accused me of hijacking a bottle of cold medicine, the other day, my ass. Hell I have not lifted a damn thing in my life cept maybe some Milk Duds when I was 7 and got my ass paddles so bad at the store I'd never done that no how no way since. Besides I'd cough and grunt before I swiped anything, like cold medicine, and NyQuil, gotta be kidding, NyQuil would kill me can't take that stuff, something in it closes off my wind pipe. So sedd the Med Doctor so cain't take that. Between all of that and the fact my tow truck got ripped off the tow list just cuzz she needs a paint job, Bullshit, Sooner I gets ta movin the better, so starting that in February cuzz all ready paid fer this month, But be fer sure I is all but outta this place. Then saw in the MHN that some old fart or hen thought me and some Atomic mutt was the same feller, kiss my six. Can ya'll believe that? No way Jose, The AyreWolf is me and the AyreWolf can't be anyone else cuzz I got that handle copyrighted ya'll just cain't have that one , no how , no way.  However I will miss Missy and Mike , but fer the rest of it bullshit, ain't enuff going on here to even make me stay and buy a beer, so the Wolf is out of here.

When souls collide

There are many people I meet from being online, most are like who I used to meet in person from the old CB. Most I met that way would have been better left as a voice in the dark. However over the last 6 months or so since I transplanted here to Glenns Ferry and every month I'm getting more into just being here, but the fact is I have met two from a sinister newspaper's open forum, called the Banter Box, the thing ought to be called the Bitch Box cuzz that's all anyone does in there is BITCH. Cuil out please, take a chill pill. Something. Seems like too many male corpuscles included in there are on a terminal case of PMS or something. Sure I'm not there any more since I rose above the calamity that is the Mountain Home News. But that all being that I met two from there that have their stuff together. Mike and one called Missy. Wish I knew her real first name, since she is a real dear. No not that way the seat cover is married with children, but whether she was a her or a he, Missy is a neat people. But it seems that one of the things that got a bunch in the newspaper crab box upset was bikini bottoms on my blogs. A custom that is from a bikers magazine that used a set of behind cheeks to indicate the end of an article. Would I have liked to find Wrangler jeans on a female hiney for that illustration? Sure I would but from some unknown reason there is none. Google female butts in Wrangler Jeans and all you get is smutt. Never just a cowgirls tail in a pair. Guess I need to get out a camera don't it? One of the things I am looking at is having that part of our calendar girl project still in gear for Shorty's in April. Any mile, that's where that all came from. In essence using what I can, but that said too, too many have their minds in their shorts rather than between their ears. Do real men like to look at hot looking cowgirl types with trucks? Of course they do, does aviators love to see hot women in tight flyte suits standing beside or enhancing the eye catching glimpses of a vintage combat ayrecraft? Sure they do. Am I the only one that thinks that way? Of course not. In fact man long before me thought that way, just look at the nose art on some vintage warbyrds. No matter the service branch if it flew or flies still many aviators in military aviation have put pictures of scantly clad women on their ayrecraft. In fact that's how my search for models started so I could have an artist put same on a few of the byrds of our vintage ayrecraft group, including mine. In years gone by, many had images of celebrities from Monroe, to other pin up girls as they were called from posters that were pinned up inside of lockers, and so on., Do all women understand that? Most don't , but in the battles of many that is communication that is needed to relieve stress of combat aviation. In closing today also have news from Mountain Home.I have found an office space in Mountain Home that might satisfy the need for such. But also to all those in the MHN Bitch-Box lay off OM she is too good for you to abuse, and remember this high octane kaynyne is watching.

A messed up media

It wasn't always this way but I stumbled into video media quite by accident. When I did I saw what could be done, but many TV stations in my area were just too skiddish doing it. What ever IT was. As far back as I can remember the lifestyle of and the news of OTR trucking and truckers was for radio. Yet few in TV thought of the importance of trucking to air anything unless it was about a major accident and only then was it always bent on showing the trucker being in the wrong. Then I saw this TV show called AG/DAY a program dedicated to production agriculture which is all well and good, but what about how that product got out of the field and into a producer where it was made into something we could eat, wear, or use for fuel to power our rides. So when CMT a sister network to Spike that was TNN not too many years before pulled the reruns of the Dukes-of-Hazzard it became the time to engage. So the membership put their heads together and is bringing a streaming IPTV station to light called Southern Steele TV, with plans of a fully independent TV station in 2010. What Southern Steele TV is, is a TV network dedicated to OTR truckers and towing professionals nation and yes world wise. With syndicated TV shows that few have considered, from B.J. & The Bear to yes AirWolf along with of course the Dukes-of-Hazzard. But more. Independently produced programs from original movies to features that no other TV station or current network dares to produce let alone air. We are out to untap a market that has gone untapped and sadly ignored. The world of OTR trucking. After this past winter who said thank you to us going towing on TV? Nobody. Did you see a newscast featuring a ride along with someone going towing? Bet not. That is a shame, for without us many vehicles would still be at the side of the road and the comedian lane of the big road would look like a salvage yard. All 4 TV stations in Treasure Valley have known about us at Dixie Towing soon to hail as Southern Eagle Towing, but the news desks know about us, yet not even one phone call looking at fetching rides in winter driving from our view point. Going beyond our sun and quadrant

As a young wolf pup I used to consider what life beyond this planet in fact galaxy would really be like. It was through one of the last long flu induced fevers that while watching a 4 inch Sony TV that I began a trek that has kept me from loosing what small mind I have left . I tried to align myself with the crew of the ye old N.C.C. 1701 but just could not do so. Until I began looking at just what it really was to be Klingon. In future blogs here we will explore the history of Kronos and the Klingon Empire. But for now I will look at life through someone that has been loyal to Galron and Kalas . But that's getting away from my points here. Last Saturday, the last of the creators of all things Star Trek was laid to rest in California. Through a few arranged meetings via my father I got to meet both Gene Roddenberry and his wife Majel Barett Rodenberry who was as stated sent to the other dimension last Saturday at 16:00 Hours . While I would never subscribe to anything serious as a one world government, still I have to think that what it would be like to live a life without the need for financial gain, without prejudices of race , creed, or even planetary origin, just accept beings for being themselves, and enriching ones minds and enhancing talents and abilities. What a great existence it would be. Many nights , I retire to my quarters and let my mind wander into the expanses of the galaxies beyond ours as that seems as the only structure that I can accept these days. I wonder if we really can gain this way of life. Faster than light speeds are still a mystery of quantum physics and molecular transporters is still just a device on TV and don't get me into cloaking devices. However many so called Star Trek devices have came about and who knows by the year 2501 we just might have began our real trek through the cosmos. What its like to be Klingon next entry.

THE wolf and the EAGLE

In today's economy if one sits on their heels and not grow ones business, you might not be in business tomorrow. With that said there have been some asking me why mess with Dixie Towing? The fact is Dixie Towing is in about 3 other locations in Florida , Mississippi , and Tennessee. That means gaining some sort of superiority is not that easy if it can be done at all. But with that said I'm not leaving Hazzard County and it all in the dust, so Southern Eagle Towing, as well as Southern Eagle Xpress gets it done. Now then I'm not about to toss away the work that I have done building AyreWolf Aviation. So AyreWolf Aviation stays flying. Then came the need for green, so I went to powers that be that shoulder the job to piece out the funds of my mom and dad through Eagle Starr Farm and they have put money into the mix, with requirements to make it all part of Eagle Starr Farmz, thus Southern Eagle, and in a few months the two will get a parent firm as EagleWolf Inc. But that is out there probably not happening until mid 2010 or so. There is a bunch of work that needs to be done and its not going to be an easy haul. There was some thought gave to moving to Boise, but where else am I going to get the same kind of place as where I live in, and an insurance agent that will lend me money out of his own pocket so I could keep my rigs insured. Sure he'll get his money back, and the holidays did not help that condition, nor the snow and icy roads that rendered the mail truck getting here late, but even so think I could get that in Boise? No way. With a shot at a truck stop that I can rebuild in Bliss just 14 miles away, radio station to put on the air in Hammett, and all of that moving right now would be stupid. So I'm here. Plus in time the Ayreport project can also be done. So I'm here for the long haul. As far as KSSX TV sure that can also be done, and most likely in Boise, since all the support team from Full Contact Idaho(if he calls me) and other resources are there, so the studio/station in Boise, transmitter in Hammett and up on satellite, together all can be done by just digging in my heels and staying put. One horse towns are not bad but

At 19:30 hours most days I finish my on ayre duties here at KSSX and do some minor bits of engineering tasks major engineer things I do on the weekends. After all of that at near 20:00 hours I climb in LiL Lexi and head to the house, 65 miles away in Glenns Ferry. Once I get there albeit thankful for quiet except for a few trains rolling through each night my overnights are spent in peace except for the occasional tow call. But there are things I miss here in Glenns Ferry that would really make life here better at least for me that I'll never see here. Things like a Taco Bell, McDonalds, Maverick store etc would make life much finer, but that's the trade off for living in a one horse town, that could be much more but for whatever reason isn't. That is the feeling among many in our community, and the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one. Better snow removal would also be a plus. So why don't I just pack up and move? Simple, I have moved at least once per year or so since 1991 due to conservative road blocks, lack of infrastructure or suppliers, on air talent and even a few disagreements with people who only think they know me but don't. Just like one commented the other day that if we as an organization even me doing so well , why drive what you drive? Or that hole in your boot why not buy some new ones? As far as LiL Lexi, sure I could go into debt, buy something that takes a degree from M-I-T to fix, but it would not fit my or the image of Southern Steele of being a southern kountry bumpkin, so I drive a truck that resembles, well, a hillbilly truck. The hole in my boot is a trademark, kind of like the price tag hanging from Minnie Pearl's hat, sure I could fix it but it just sezz DieselBilly and that is the image I try to project in all of what I do and who I do business with. If they can accept me in that image then I can accept them, knowing they respect those for which Southern Steele and KSSX is on the ayre to serve. So while One horse towns are not for everyone, and even to a slight extent me, still its where I hang my hat, and its the area and listeners that we serve. That said, computer linkage is not as good as it might be elsewize like if we had our own I.T. department, or our own high speed Internet input even our own satellite spot to snag the links from, but that is in the future here at Southern Steele. Like wize coming in a few months means getting in the ayre squirting chemicals over farm fields, and getting Dixie which will fly by Southern Eagle Towing by years end. More on that in one of my next editions, but overall I think Glenns Ferry is good, but in a few months I say good bye to this neighborhood and head for Boise. And while I'll be in the bigger city again, still I'll never loose my Hazzard County-DieselBilly ways, and that is just fine with me.

A SheWolf needs help and no to Tina

Well here tizz Lizz a new day and a new year. Seems as though one of the SheWolves got herself in a pickle and got her motorized steed penned up, so guess who becomes the rescue Knyte? You got it the ole AyreWolf. Guess it goes with the job. However had she been busy helping me her steed would still be free, but as I have always said they all need me somehow. Will deal with that Friday.

Okay then ; Got a reply to a email sent to a sort of talent outfit in Boise, wanting to see script before casting, to which I say no way. Until I know I can trust someone they do not see my script. How do I know they wont steel it? Been there done that before not doing it again. So its a no, to Tina, and hello Southern Star Talent for the babes we need to make the Rode Knytes Movie. As well as the full length film about me called simply: AyreWolf FM. Besides that even if I did want to share that script with anyone which only with a few, couldn't cuzz A; script isn't finished, and B; I don't have it its still in Florida being tweaked. So if that's how she wants to play, she can sit and spin cuzz ain't gonna happen with her stock. Nuff sedd. Which all of which makes me think now I know why more films and shows don't go in Idaho. Which is sad since our state is full of great back drops and scenery. So it goes.

Think I might have secured shop space in Bliss which means I'm about to kiss a bunch of it bye,bye in Glenns Ferry, but we see what breeds in a few weeks.
